Cascade FoothillsCOMMUNITY MANAGEMENT
Switching management

A transition that feels orderly, not overwhelming.

Changing management companies should be predictable for your board and your homeowners. Here's how we approach it.

Transition steps

  1. Discovery & proposal

We learn about your community, governing documents, finances and current vendors, then prepare a proposal scoped to your needs.

  2. Records transfer

We coordinate with your board and outgoing manager to collect the homeowner roster, account balances, billing history, governing documents and vendor contracts.

  3. Financial setup

We set up your association's accounts, funds, assessment schedule and payment options, then review opening balances with the board.

  4. Board & homeowner onboarding

Board members and homeowners receive portal invitations by email, with clear instructions for paying, submitting requests and finding documents.

  5. Ongoing management

Regular board reporting, maintenance coordination and homeowner service begin, with a dedicated point of contact for your board.

Timing depends on your records. We'll agree a transition schedule with your board once we've reviewed what your current manager can provide.
