Every community counts
Refer as many associations as you like. Each one that becomes a client earns $500.
Program terms. Referrals must be for a homeowners association, townhome community or condominium association that isn't already a client or in discussions with us. If more than one person refers the same association, the first referral we receive qualifies. The first $250 is paid after the association signs a management agreement with us; the second $250 after we have managed the community for six continuous months. Each payment is made within 30 days of the milestone, and we may request a W-9. If you serve on the board of the association you're referring, please let us know so we can confirm what its governing documents allow. We may update or end the program; referrals already received keep the terms in place when submitted.
