We provide homeowners association and community association management services. Management services for an association are governed by the written management agreement between that association and us; if anything in these terms conflicts with a management agreement, the management agreement controls.

Website information

• Information on this website is general information about our services. It is not legal, financial, tax or accounting advice, and it does not create a management relationship or contract.
• Your association's governing documents and applicable law control how your community operates.

Client portal

• Our homeowner portal is powered by HOAfy, a software platform operated by Cooltacular LLC. We use this platform to manage association information, homeowner accounts, payments, communications, documents, and related services.
• Portal access is for board members, homeowners and residents of communities we manage. Keep your sign-in details confidential and tell us promptly if you think your account has been used without permission.
• Use the portal only for lawful purposes related to your community. Don't attempt to access other people's accounts or information, or interfere with the portal's operation.
• Your use of the portal is also subject to the HOAfy Terms of Service. If those terms conflict with these terms on a matter between you and us, these terms apply.
• Payments made through the portal are processed by a third-party payment processor and may be subject to its terms. Assessment amounts, due dates and late fees are set by your association.

Referral program

Referral rewards are governed by the terms and conditions on our referral program page.

Intellectual property

The content, design and branding of this website belong to us or our licensors. You may view and share pages for personal, non-commercial use, but may not copy or reuse them commercially without our permission.

Our website and portal may link to third-party sites and services. We aren't responsible for their content, terms or privacy practices.

Disclaimers

The website and portal are provided “as is” and “as available.” We work to keep them accurate and available but don't guarantee they will be error-free, uninterrupted or secure at all times.
